Atticus has been enjoying his second childhood, despite the fact he is still growing into his first. All of the baby stuff around the house has proven hard to resist. Can't say that I blame him.

It would appear that the boys have shaken off the bugs of being ill.
But not the bugs of our ladybug garden.

It's the Thought that Counts

We have been doing some work on the house. Today Tricia was doing some tile work in the bathroom, which meant I had to take the toilet out. I placed it in the hallway, went to work, and Tricia and her mom worked on the floor. At some point Tricia decided to check on Atticus and where do you think he was? Standing in the hall- peeing in the toilet. I'll give him that one.

This is our life, comedy and tragedy, Act I- cue the tears. One laughs, the other cries. One cries, the other. . . cries. Is it good? Yes. Is it worth it? Of course. How do we do it? Lots of wine and coffee and very little sleep. Very little sleep.
